Thank you for choosing Infinite to support your business needs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with Infinite’s internet sites, applications, and online services (the "Service") operated by Infinite Digital Solutions ("Infinite," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered and operating in Dubai, UAE.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Infinite may update these Terms at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Privacy and Communications

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Infinite may contact you via email or other communication channels to manage your account, provide updates, or notify you of changes to the Service. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, refer to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility to Use the Service

To use the Service, you affirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years of age or otherwise legally capable of entering into these Terms under the applicable laws of your country.
  • Using the Service on behalf of a registered business entity or as an authorized representative of such an entity.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those of the UAE and the UK.
  • Ensure that any content you upload (e.g., menus, logos) does not infringe intellectual property rights, violate local laws, or breach public decency standards.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Uploading defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.
  • Circumventing payment systems or engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Attempting to disrupt the Service or harm other users.

Infinite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

a. Subscription Plans:

Infinite offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis (“Billing Cycle”), with pricing based on the selected features and services.

b. Free Trial:

  • All new users are entitled to a 14-day free trial, which grants access to all features.
  • After the trial, access to the Service requires selecting a paid subscription plan.

c. Payment Terms:

  • Subscription fees are displayed in the local currency based on your geographic location (determined via IP address).
  • Supported currencies include AED (UAE Dirham), GBP (British Pound), USD (US Dollar), EUR (Euro), and others based on location.
  • A valid payment method, such as a credit card, is required to activate a subscription.

d. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless canceled through the account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • To avoid charges for the next Billing Cycle, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date.

e. Refund Policy:

Refunds are not issued except in cases of billing errors or where required by UAE law.

5. Currency and International Payments

Subscription fees are dynamically adjusted based on your location (determined via IP address) and displayed in your local currency. Conversion rates and any additional fees applied by payment gateways are the responsibility of the user. International users are responsible for ensuring their payment method is valid for cross-border transactions.

6. VAT and Regional Taxes

  • For UAE customers, subscription fees may be subject to VAT at the applicable rate, in compliance with UAE tax laws.
  • For international customers, including those in the UK, VAT or equivalent taxes may apply based on the user’s location and applicable local laws.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with tax requirements in their jurisdictions.

7. Changes to Fees and Services

Infinite reserves the right to adjust subscription fees or modify Service features. Notice of fee changes will be provided at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree with the updated fees, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, including but not limited to software, design, and features, are owned by Infinite and protected under UAE and international intellectual property laws. By uploading content to the Service, you grant Infinite a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and modify the content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on Infinite’s intellectual property without prior written permission.

9. Termination

a. Termination by Infinite:

Infinite may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Failure to pay subscription fees.

b. Termination by You:

You may terminate your subscription at any time via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, access to the Service will be immediately revoked. Infinite may retain certain data for legal or operational purposes as required by applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business interruptions, or data loss.
  • Delays or failures caused by factors outside Infinite’s control (e.g., internet outages, payment processor issues).

Infinite’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Infinite does not guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your specific needs or requirements.
  • The Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Any defects in the Service will be corrected.

12. Compliance with Local Laws

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with the laws of their jurisdiction, including UAE, UK, and international regulations.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

a. For UAE Users:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

b. For International and UK Users:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with UAE laws. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in UAE courts unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws in the user’s jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to Terms

Infinite reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
